Customers can check the status of their orders by emailing info@oldfashionsartoria.com  or calling us at +39 055 689479. OLD FASHION SARTORIA will track dispatched orders on the shipper/ courier’s website. Otherwise the customer can check directly through the waybill number that will receive in the confirmation of sending the package.

To cancel or modify an order
To modify or cancel an order contact OLD FASHION SARTORIA as soon as possible by email info@oldfashionsartoria.com or call +39 055 689479. ALWAYS indicate the order reference number.

Request invoice
To receive the invoice you must request it when ordering with the appropriate form indicating Fiscal Code and / or VAT number.

Guarantee of products
All products sold by OLD FASHION SARTORIA are covered by the statutory producer’s guarantee.

Payment in advance by Bank Transfer
If payment is by Bank Transfer, the order will only be processed when confirmation has been received from the bank that our account has been credited with the amount owed.
Payment must be received within 3 days of the date of the order. If not, the order will automatically be cancelled. As  Reason for Payment customers  must specify the order number and date and their name and address.
Availability of the products selected will be checked after receipt of payment.

Payment by Credit Card
When payment is made by Credit Card (on completion of the order transaction)  our bank authorizes the amount relative to the purchase to be debited from the customer’s account. In case of cancellation of the order either by the customer or by OLD FASHION SARTORIA,  OLD FASHION SARTORIA will request the cancellation of the transaction and reimbursement of the amount paid.  The time it takes for the customer to receive the refund depends exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been cancelled OLD FASHION SARTORIA cannot in any way be held responsible for delay and/or inconvenience caused by the banking system. OLD FASHION SARTORIA reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or written proof that he/she is the cardholder. If the customer fails to provide the information and/or copied documentation requested, OLD FASHION SARTORIA reserves the right to refuse  to accept that the order has been cancelled.  At no time during the credit card transaction will OLD FASHION SARTORIA come in possession of personal data relating to the cardholder, given that the information is transmitted directly from the bank carrying out the transaction to the site, which is protected.

Payment with PayPal
If you click on the  PayPal  option, you will be directed to the PayPal site where you  can insert your email and password and make the payment. Your personal data will not be shared with OLD FASHION SARTORIA but handled directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the order by the customer or inability to supply the goods ordered by OLD FASHION SARTORIA, the refund will be paid into your PayPal account. OLD FASHION SARTORIA will not be held responsible for any delay in reimbursement or inconvenience caused by this.

The shipping cost will be calculated by the system depending on the destination and amount.
Any duties, customs taxes or fees for foreign countries are charged to the recipient.

Delivery time
Delivery time of orders varies according to the availability of the goods ordered (for example, if they are in stock).  It is possible that some products are not immediately available but can be ordered: in this case shipping times will be communicated promptly to the customer.
Availability + transportation time = total delivery time
The goods immediately available will be shipped within 3 working days.
OLD FASHION SARTORIA uses DHL Express carrier that allows us to offer each of our customers the best delivery solution in terms of service quality and cost.

Receipt of goods
On receipt of goods, the customer is required to check:
•    that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transportation document;
•    that the packaging is intact and has not been opened and resealed
If the packaging has been tampered with and/or in case of breakage, the customer must immediately protest the delivery and write on the carrier’s delivery sheet  “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR…” (indicating the motivation)
The customer must then report any damage to the goods within 3 days of receipt, following the carrier’s instructions.
If the order is returned to OLD FASHION SARTORIA by the carrier because the address provided by the customer was incorrect, because the customer has not collected it before the specified date from the carrier’s depot, or for any other form of negligence on the customer’s part, a new delivery can be arranged after prepayment through a link which will be provided, or alternatively by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
It is not possible to arrange deliveries by appointment, on specific days or at fixed times.

Our firm has entrusted our delivery/shipping services to DHL.
For this reason you may find the term DHL as  well as OLD FASHION SARTORIA on the transportation documents, DHL being  our authorized carrier.

Returns policy
The right to return goods is regulated by the relevant legislation and the customer-consumer (i.e. a person who purchases goods for reasons not connected with their professional activity, in other words who makes the purchase without supplying a VAT number on the order form) has the right to return the goods for whatever reason. To exercise this right the customer must send a registered letter or PEC (oldfashion@cert.cna.it) within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
N.B. :
– This right does not apply to customers who have purchased goods with a VAT number.
– Products with a discounted price can not be returned
– Products purchased with Cuopon (promotional / discount code) cannot be returned
– The products ordered customized (with variations in color, size, finish, not present on the shop) can not be returned.

The right to return goods is subject to the following conditions:
•    the item must be intact, new (not used) and returned in its original packaging, complete in every part (including outer wrapping, accessories and leaflets, etc);
•    shipment up to documented arrival at our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility;
•    OLD FASHION SARTORIA is not responsible for damage to or theft/loss of uninsured returned items.

Returning goods
After having communicated the intention of returning an item, the customer has another 14 days to return it to OLD FASHION SARTORIA, along with the authorization form received.
Excepting any costs incurred for damage to the original packaging, OLD FASHION SARTORIA will return the entire sum paid by the customer for the product, except the original transportation costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation from the customer by Bank Transfer. The customer must supply his/her full name and address, tax code (codice fiscale) and bank details (IBAN).
Transportation costs for returned goods are payable by the customer/consumer.

When the right to return goods no longer holds
The right to return goods no longer holds when the item returned does not meet the essential condition, i.e. when it  is not complete (product and/or packaging). This is the case when OLD FASHION SARTORIA finds that:
•    the product has been used, even partially;
•    the original outer wrapping and/or inner packaging is missing;
•    parts of the product (accessories, labels, etc) are missing;
•    the product is damaged but the damage did not take place during transportation

Customers who purchase goods with a VAT number cannot return goods.
